- 4:30 - 5:00 PM: Pre-Team
- 5:00 - 6:00 PM: Intermediate
- 6:00 - 7:00PM: A team
June 17 - July 19*
- 9:00 - 10:30AM: A-Team (all)
- 4:30 - 6:00PM: Swimmers of all age groups and levels are welcome!
- 6:00 - 7:00PM: A team
July 22 - July 26*
- 6:00 - 7:00PM: All Stars swimmers and other interested team members
* There is no practice on Saturday or Sunday. There is also no afternoon practice on Wednesdays when a B meet is scheduled.
